With Miss R I feel like time is going even quicker than it did with Miss C. I look up and she's out of her 0-3 month clothes and can wear some 6 month clothes. When did that happen? It's like time has sped up and I can't slow it down for anything. That makes writing it all down and taking pictures of it even more important.
I can't even begin to explain how animated R is. She always has a smile on her face and she laughs, cackles and just overall makes us happy with her happiness. Her belly seems to be a sensitive spot that is guaranteed to make her giggle.
One of the most amazing things to see is how she reacts to C. She definitely recognizes her sister and lights up when she hears her voice. C will sit and just make R laughing over and over. I love to see them enjoying each other so much.
Right now she seems fascinated with her feet. She'll put her toes in her mouth and look at you like, hey look what I can do. I think she enjoys her toes why more than C did. Her socks are equally as exciting and they are often in her mouth.
Today we tried rice cereal for the second time. We tried it last week but backed off for a bit and now are giving it another go. You would think we never feed her the way she attacks her bottles and has attacked that cereal.
People keep asking me if she sleeps through the night...she does, and has for awhile. I attribute this, as always, to The Baby Whisperer. We don't mess around with our routine. It works for her and for us. We put her down by 7 and she sleeps until 6. Can't beat that.
Overall, things are going great with R. She's thriving and has fully become a part of our family. Can't imagine life without her.
